I oversee the implementation of our solutions, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, meet customer needs, and are sustainable. My work spans across Epic applications, data, and analytics, working with a diverse range of customers, including large health systems, device companies, and software platforms. As Cardamom grows, so do our customers, and we are committed to delivering unique solutions through a collaborative, team-based approach.

Moving over to the provider side, I was part of Trinity's Performance Management team, a team of internal consultants dedicated to implementing opportunities for net revenue improvement and standardization. I developed relationships with both System Office and Regional Health Ministry leadership, identified improvement opportunities through data analysis, and led consultant teams through the implementation to drive metric success. Promoted from Senior Consultant in March 2023.

Within Nordic's Performance Improvement practice, I led multiple revenue cycle transformation projects focused on leveraging and optimizing Epic to achieve our clients' ambitious goals. Project highlights include designing and implementing a centralized business office for a National Ambulatory Network, reducing aging A/R by 59% for a Regional Medical Center through a data-driven approach, and training Business Office teams on SlicerDicer. Throughout these projects, I was responsible for overseeing our team of Epic analysts and ensuring on-time delivery of our project deliverables. Promoted from Consultant in April 2022.

I joined Nordic's Managed Service practice and received Epic certifications in Hospital Billing, Claims, and Electronic Remittance. I put those certifications to work assisting both end users and FTE analysts with system troubleshooting, incident investigation, and issue resolution - supporting multiple clients at a time. I specialized in helping clients leverage the various Epic reporting tools available to them, including Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer. Promoted from Analyst in July 2020.

I was part of the Data & Analytics practice within Deloitte Advisory, focused on projects within the Banking and Securities industry. I kicked off my career by going through Deloitte's Analytics Bootcamp and was exposed to SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI. From there, my projects focused primarily on data quality, governance, and strategy for Top 5 banks. I gained both hands-on data experience working with SQL and Power BI and also had the opportunity to serve as the Project Management lead for multiple projects.
