In my current role working within a very busy and multidisciplinary team, my role is wide and varied. Much of my work involves facilitating clinical group supervision sessions with social work teams and case consultations with social workers in relation to their assessment process. I also do direct family and couples therapy with families whose children are subject to Child Prtotection and Child In Need plans

Within my previous role, I worked within a very diverse and multi cultural London Borough. I used a collaborative and strengths based approach and much of my work within the role was heavily informed by systemic ideas. By this, I refer to the fact that many families are labelled as ' troubled' or suffering a range of disorders that often 'label' a child as 'Problematic' or 'Troublesome'.
