- monitoring and reporting CCMW (Pega platform) anomalies/ issues/ bugs, analyzing potential root causes and developing functional solutions as well as designing interim workarounds to ensure business continuity, validating and documenting the process- providing expertise on CCMW workflows and functions; analyzing business requirements in the context of workflow optimization, building operating procedures- translating business needs into requirements and design options; defining test scenarios as well as testing refinements and developments in a UAT environment; documenting diagnostic results and supporting root cause analysis (tools: ServiceNow & TFS)- participating in INC, PRB & ECR discussion meetings, cooperating with IT & Project team on CCMW improvements/developments and CCMW external & internal reportingacting as an expert in the EasyWay Dashboard project: supervising and reporting the tool’s behaviour from the business requirements perspective, cooperating with the Project & Control team on the tool's bugs & improvements, designing operating procedures- leading and actively participating in problem solving sessions, improvement initiatives and client events as the business expert- developing and presenting business cases and reports to Project teams, IT & Management- providing trainings on CCMW & EasyWay Dashboard, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team

- performing daily, weekly and monthly controls on collateral profiles and agreements in Triparty implementation; drafting collateral profiles/contracts for the clients- performing coherency checks on collateral profiles based on market regulations as well as legal documentation such as power of attorney, registration forms, amendment agreements- managing timely and accurately control queries, transactions processing, contract amendments and reporting (incl. SWIFT & EXQUO processing, BIC code verification)- sharing and discussing incidents during weekly and monthly meetings, challenging existing procedures to ensure operational effectiveness to meet clients' needs- creating/reviewing procedures for new and exisitng products, writing documentation and organizing process flow- participating in internal projects and engaging in efficient collaboration between different cross-location departments- providing trainings to junior team members and acting as an expert for recently onboarded colleagues
