CurrentUpon starting this position I assisted the business partners with completing the startup process, and I now currently oversee payroll/commission, on boarding and operational duties.•Responsible for completing the business startup process, and administering human resource policies and procedures.•Overseeing staff to ensure that assigned tasks are complete and done efficiently.•Organize data into documents, spreadsheets and presentations for the sales team.•Coordinate and organize meetings, trainings & team functions, including preparing agenda to be covered.•Evaluate and manage the performance of each sales representative, ensuring justified promotions.•Communicate with senior management and employees in regards to performance reviews and contract agreements.•Manage confidential employee records, including accurate record of hours, sick days, leave of absence or reprimands.•Maintain OSHA and HIPAA training logs to keep compliant.•Handle payroll & billing duties, including calculating/distributing pay to staff, and preparing quarterly payroll taxes.
