I advise on all aspects of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters including NMW and Working Time compliance, addressing poor performance and misconduct, handling staff grievances, redundancy and restructuring, discrimination, protecting businesses through restrictive covenants and advising on TUPE transfers. I often represent clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, as well as deliver training.
