My main areas are mindset, cross-functional teamwork, and planning.Experience:20+ years of experience in UX, both in-house and as a Consultant. Mainly in E-Commerce/Retail.7+ years of experience as a Manager/Team lead. 5 years of Board experience. 10+ years of experience in agile methodologies and transformation. Scrum Master and Leading Safe 6.0 Certifications.
