Lead the formation and coordination of Young Farmers Groups (YFGs) across the Tirlán catchment area, ensuring effective communication and relationship-building.Collaborate with regional teams to recruit and engage members aged under 35, demonstrating a commitment to the next generation and the company's long-term sustainability.Develop and coordinate impactful programmes and activities, aligning them with our our Co-ops goals and values.Provide strategic support to regions in identifying diverse candidates for designated seats, contributing to a more inclusive Co-op governance structure.Engage with various groups and forums to understand barriers and motivators to entry, actively working towards a more diverse and inclusive representative structure.Liaise with internal teams to facilitate share obtainment, ensuring accessibility for all interested members.Lead the Co-ops Governance Academy, managing advertisements, recruitment efforts, and the selection process for educational opportunities.Collaborate with regional teams to identify and nurture talent at various tiers, demonstrating a commitment to developing future leaders within the organisation.Efficiently manage scheduling processes with candidates and course providers, ensuring a seamless and effective learning experience.Gather and analyse feedback to implement continuous improvements in leadership development programmes.
