I have been fortunate to work with great organizations and professionals throughout my career. My passion lies in leveraging information and data to drive better decision-making. Whether through project work, providing assistance, or streamlining processes, I always strive to add value and enjoy doing so. After retiring from Vancity, I am eager to use my hard-earned skills and experiences to give back to communities and organizations. I am inspired by the Japanese concept of "Ikigai", which translates to "the happiness of always being busy". As I move forward, I am committed to keeping this momentum going and continuing to make a positive impact.The past 30 years of my journey with data has been exciting• Implementing ETL solutions that are easily modifiable and configurable• Implementing data warehouse solutions using the Kimball Methodology in the retail banking industry• Designing, building, and implementing solutions in the MS BI stack, including SSIS, SSAS, tabular models, and SSRS• Implementing multiple new frameworks for creating delta lake stores using Spark technologies and Azure data platform technologies, including Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Purview, Synapse Server-less, and Synapse Dedicated SQL pools• Implementing Dashboards and reports
