Worked on applying computer vision techniques to analyze clinical data.

Worked on extracting data from graphs using the Transformer Neural Network.I modified the DETR model, so it could precisely recognize the data from line charts. On this position I had an extensive experience of working with such libraries as PyTorch and TensorFlow; the calculations were carried out on the GPU and TPU.

- Developed components, using Svelte, for visualizing various charts.- Was working on algorithm for epileptic seizure detection based on EEG signals.
