Responsibilities:- supervising the implementation, effectiveness and improvement of processes related to quality management and accreditation systems in the Laboratory (including GMP principles);- planning, implementing new system solutions;- planning, supervision and conducting internal and external audits;- initiating, planning, reporting in relation to management reviews;- implementation and / or supervision of activities resulting from laboratory procedures (including corrective and preventive actions CAPA, deviations, descrepations, OOS, complaints, flexible scope, risks, opportunities, change control, training on changes in system documentation);- development, implementation and supervision of documentation;- internal staff training, supervision over the implementation of training plans for the quality management department, management board and internal auditors;- cooperation with certification bodies, offices and company units in the field of management system.

Responsibilities:- Planning, commissioning and supervision over research on plant protection products and biocides;- Creating a registration dossier for biocidal products and plant protection products in accordance with European procedures;- Creating quality documents for plant protection products and biocidal products;- Permanent cooperation with the Polish Registration Office and the Ministry of Agriculture;- Designing the content of labels for biocidal products and plant protection products;- Tracking changes in legal acts concerning plant protection products and biocides;- Classification and labeling of chemical substances and mixtures;- Creating safety data sheets for chemical substances and mixtures in accordance with REACH.
