I organised, planned and delivered events for the property in line with the seasons and audience, ranging from family trails and holiday activities for young visitors to historical talks.I was also the site liaison for the artist in residence each year from their first site visit to the final exhibition.I was responsible for achieving the tragets for membership, retail and catering leading a successful team that surpassed their targets on a regular basis.
