I'm experienced in visitor experience and customer service, with years of experience in customer-facing roles in retail and the tourism and heritage sectors. I have excellent communication and team-building skills, happily working on my own initiative or as part of a team.I completed my Diploma in Software Development with Code Institute learning new skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python to make a change in my career. I am more comfortable working with front end languages and willing to learn more new skills needed for projects. I help small businesses and sole traders build and improve their websites to increase customer engagement with their brands and help improve their sales and membership.
