• Prepared the site for a customs and supply chain related Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) compliance Audit by the HMRC: o Reviewed and evaluated GEHC current customs procedures and sites’ security procedures in conjunction with regulatory requirements, liaised with relevant persons in charge, drafted and implemented new procedures or refreshed the existing ones in agreement with the new customs legislation and security requirements.• Responsible for keeping the requirements of the Aviation Security Authorisation for the site. • Set up a new training procedure for Aviation Security training on-site, organised the training, performed background checks required for the training and for new employees with access to the Aviation security areas.
