I currently work within the R&D department at Advanced Instruments, as the sole lead for artificial intelligence application development. I manage a team of AI Engineers, Computational Biologists, System Engineers and a Principal Systems Architect who look for new areas within cell line development where AI could be applied. Prior to this, I completed 3 internships in multiple countries, gaining both computational and wet-lab based skill sets. In July 2019 I graduated with a 1st class Integrated Master’s degree in Neuroscience from The University of Nottingham. Alongside my degree, I also received an Undergraduate Academic Excellence Award for achieving a grade in the top 3% of the graduates from the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
