As an Organisational Psychologist with substantial experience in workplace well-being, I am focused on delivering effective solutions to assist organisations with designing work environments that promotes good mental health and fosters positive staff experiences.A key highlight of my achievements involve leading a high performance team to develop the SafeWork NSW Psychological Health and Safety strategy 2024-2026, setting the regulator's direction to address the increasing rise of psychological injuries and enforcing compliance with managing psychosocial risks in the workplace.Other highlights of my career includes supporting private and government organisations identify and develop strategies to influence and enhance the psychological well-being of their employees.
