CARE Shares is CARE's new global knowledge management platform, an online hub that allows all staff (approximately 10,000 staff across 100 countries) to find the information and people they need to collaborate and share with, to improve development and humanitarian outcomes. In my role I lead the further implementation and scale-up of CARE Shares across the confederation, through project planning, budget tracking, change management including user support and training, communications, and reporting to a variety of stakeholders.
