I am currently a part-time associate at Kohl's. I do an array of things such as; helping unload the truck full of merchandise that gets separated between hard lines and soft lines. Help with putting out merchandise all around the store. I help customers return their Amazon packages, work in the online ordering department, assist with drive-up orders. Answer any customer's questions regarding merchandise in the store and the online ordering kiosk.

Front desk assistant, answering phone calls, taking people’s information; insurance, payment and scheduling appointments.

I was a group travel coordinator who helped make the travel arrangements for group and individual travel easier for group leaders. My areas of expertise were in calling different airline agents to get the lowest price possible for group flights, using Amadeus booking system, creating invoices/receipts, checking airline policies for baggage, and handling any special requests from the group leader. My job consisted of making sure that the customer was happy and assisting in anyway I could.

I was the parent's go-to lady to take care of their beloved children. My duties included; feeding the children breakfast, getting the school bags ready, as well as their lunches made, driving the children to and from school. I also drove them to various activities, was responsible for cooking lunch, taking their dog outside, and making sure the children kept to their schedules while interacting with other children.

I worked as a cashier for a grocery store but the position I held was for the liquor department. I stocked the shelves, used a pallet jack to distribute the liquor from the back to the floor, helped customers find their items, and made sure the department was clean.

I started out working for Walt Disney World in August of 2014 and worked in quick service food and beverage, then I extended my program and now work in operations. In food and beverage I worked in an ice cream parlor which was very fun. I stocked everything to par, got ice cream from the deep freezer, cleaned the cooler floors, greeted guests, and working the cash register. As for operations I work three 'rides' one being an actual ride and the other two; a movie, and a character experience. Safety is a big deal at Walt Disney World so I make sure that ever guest is safe before operating the ride. I ensure that each guest has a magical day, and that the lines run smoothly. I answer each guest's questions in a proper way without upsetting the guest to the best of my ability. I keep the magic alive and create magical moments during guest's experiences. I also make sure that I am using Walt's four keys in my everyday life. (Safety, Courtsey, Show, Efficiency).

In January of 2013 I started my first nannying job for a wonderful family with two kids. I took them to their everyday activities such as school, Gymboree classes, the park district and many more. I taught the kids manners, read them books, played with them and took their dog on walks. I also helped cook and clean. I treated the kids as if they were my own. Then in July of 2014 I left this wonderful family to do the Disney College Program and move to Orlando FL.

I started as a bagger in the front end of the store I would bag guest's groceries, push carts, put away overstock and find an item if a guest forgot something. Then I worked my way up to a cashier I rang up guest's groceries, greeted them when they entered my line, made sure they found everything okay, I memorized different codes for the produce and learned how to use the cashier system. After a couple of months being a cashier I went to the bakery department where I worked the night shifts. I was the person to set up everything the night before so it could be baked in the morning. I would go in and out of the freezer, I had to memorize how the breads had to be set up and how many for each bag, I learned to write on cakes, decorate them and take cake orders. I also baked bread and cookies to put out for the night. I also had to clean the bakery once I finished setting up everything for the next days bake.
