I have been in the Credit Union Industry for over a decade now. I have held many different positions on the frontline and back office. Those positions have given me so many insights into how both frontline and back office operations work. Moving into IT has added to my knowledge and understanding of the inner workings of the Credit Union. My skills have been refined to be an expert in branch processes, testing and assisting with Core updates, implementing new technology such as ATMs and Self Service Kiosks, and analyzing/implementing efficiencies for software used across the Credit Union. I am currently working on further developing my leadership skills and embracing all the changes that our industry is experiencing.
