Avv. Dr Anna De Luca is an international economic law scholar and practitioner specialized in international investment law & arbitration, and EU law. Anna has been practicing in the field of investment arbitration since 2007. Since 2016, Anna has been a member of the ICSID panel of conciliators and on the list of arbitrators at the Bucharest International Arbitration Court. She is also a member of the Energy Community’s Panel of Mediators. She holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Milan, and regularly lectures on international investment law, European external relations, and trade law at Bocconi.She also acts as liaison office for Associazione Italiana per l'Arbitrato within the framework of a Collaboration Agreement with the Italian Ministry of Economic Development (MISE) in respect of European investment treaty-making issues. She has authored many articles and works on International Investment Law, International Arbitration, and European external economic relations published in international law journals and volumes. She is a member of the ILA Committee on “Rule of Law and International Investment Law”Her areas of arbitration expertise include Energy, Finance and Banking, privatization contracts, intra-EU BITs issues and the new generation of EU trade and investment agreements.
