In this role, I was a certified make-up artist who did 45-minute makeovers on clients who booked with us at our store. I was able to go above and beyond the fifty-dollar minimum purchase and often times would build baskets that exceeded $100. I did make-up in a timely manner and I was able to perform back-to-back custom makeovers.

I was responsible for running an efficient stage. I had to also make sure all breaks and lunches we’re taken on time. My job was also to motivate the cast on stage to make our hourly goals and to see how I could support them as a director in charge to making sure those goals we’re made. I also ensured that my cast and I would effectively hit multiple and all clients in our store in a timely manner.

I was responsible for meeting daily sales goals in my world. I was also responsible for maintaining Sephora visual standards at all times for both women’s and men’s fragrances.
