• Carried out an inventory of both the paper and digital material sent to the TNA by LOCOG, with digital material in a variety of formats and media types.
• Appraised and weeded paper records.
• Boxed up all of the paper material in archival folders and boxes.
• Worked directly with the Digital Preservation team to convert 158 DVDs and CDs, from physical media to digital files, together with the creation of metadata needed to manage, view and catalogue material.
• Created over 400 item level catalogue descriptions to ISAD (G) standard, which were uploaded into PROCAT for release onto Discovery.
• Developed relationships with both the Transfer Advice team and the Accessions team to ensure both cataloguing and boxing up of all materials conformed to TNA guidelines and standards.
