I’ve been in retail for over 9 years working every position from seasonal sales associate to store manager. I was given more responsibilities and promotions becoming a manager as soon as I was eligible. I understand what is required for a business to be successful and what qualities are important for a great store dynamic. I’ve been trusted to restructure struggling stores through associate development, and mentoring store managers. I know that it’s important to get results and the only way to achieve that is to put in the hours. I’m hard working and diligent. I believe that a strong team is far more important than strong individuals. I’m always open to critiques and constructive discussions with my teams as well as corporate. I will never ask someone to do a job I wouldn’t personally do myself, I believe in the lead by example.
