Anna thrives in a creative collaborative environment and leads in positive client relationships, proactive project management and effective consultant coordination. With over 17 years of experience in multi-disciplinary projects with public, private and P3 clients in a range of scales and project types, Anna forms partnerships with clients, consultants, and communities to discover and extract stories of place. She brings a passion for holistic, context-driven design solutions that address environmental and ecological conditions, seek to address social needs, as well as consider future maintenance goals and capabilities. These solutions seek to inspire, heal, and spark joy while solving complex design challenges.Over the course of her career, she has worked closely in-house with planners, architects, interior designers, and engineers on highly technical landscapes on structure and urban redevelopment sites, and with this brings a deep interdisciplinary understanding that leads to rich, harmonious, high-performing landscapes that seek to provide diverse ecosystem and social services.Anna is the Project Manager for the Druid Lake Vision Plan implementation and provides technical assistance on the Nemours Sunken Garden. She is coordinating construction drawings and construction administration for a multifamily project seeking Passive House certification as well as private residence garden renovations in the Baltimore area.A new member of the Unknown Studio team as of 2022, Anna is most excited to apply her management experience, technical skills, and knowledge of the Baltimore City development process to the Druid Lake Vision Plan implementation project. She is also thrilled to share her knowledge and love of Baltimore and its surroundings, and to be a beneficial influence in Unknown’s ongoing and upcoming projects in the broader US.

I was with Design Collective in Baltimore for 14 years, gaining experience in multiple project types with public, private, and P3 clients. I worked with a talented team and led in construction documentation and project management for technically complex green roof amenity spaces, artfully integrated storm water management solutions and quality public open spaces in a variety of sectors, including: Mixed Use Development, Retail Streetscape, Student Housing, Multi-Family Residential and Transit Oriented Development. In my time there, I participated in Public Charrettes, Traditional Neighborhood Development and Design Guidelines for Mixed Use Development. I facilitated documentation for projects that have achieved various levels of LEED BD+C certification as well as projects seeking LEED-ND certification. I strive to provide a high quality of service to clients. I am an advocate for the landscape architecture profession, and promote our role in influencing social and psychological health through design.
