As a school administrator at Erie's Public Schools, I lead the implementation of trauma informed education practices and resilience strategies across the district. I have over 12 years of experience as a member of the PDE Assessment Committee, where I contribute to the development and evaluation of state-wide assessments and standards for K-12 education.I have a strong background in special education, curriculum and instruction, and teacher mentoring, with a master's degree and two certifications in these fields from Gannon University and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. I also have a graduate certification in trauma informed practices and resilience in educational settings from Eastern Mennonite University. My mission is to create a safe, supportive, and equitable learning environment for all students and staff, and to foster academic excellence and social-emotional well-being.
