I lived in a rural province and worked together with the local Cambodian organisation CFAP. Together with another intern I conducted research among the farmers in order to learn how SNV's services to them could be improved and how SNV and CFAP could improve their cooperation. This led to a recommendation report and was also the basis of my MSc thesis.

My main task was to answer the phone and provide customer service. Also I dealt with several issues that came up, from solving individual customers' problems to coordinating the team in order to solve a larger problem.
