Participated in 8 month clinical experience at an acute care inpatient setting at a level 2 trauma center. Participated in examination, evaluation and treatment of patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, cardiorespiratory and surgical conditions. Observed and assisted with treatment of patients within the ICU and ED. Participated in clinical decision making regarding discharge and course of treatment.

Participated in 6 week full time clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedics setting. With supervision, performed examination, evaluation and treatment for a variety of patients with orthopedic diagnosis. Participated in decision making and development of written and verbal communication.

Worked as an assistant coach for Team Phoenix, a team of cancer survivors who participate in 14 week training program for a triathlon. Adapted and led a variety of exercise programs involving strength, endurance and aquatics. Provided weekly communication with all athletes to increase community while supporting all athletes throughout the training process.
