At Alight, sustainability drives everything we do. I lead our responsible solar rollout and stewardship initiatives, helping energy-intensive businesses switch to solar and reduce their carbon footprint through our onsite and offsite projects across Europe. By collaborating with local communities and environmental experts, we are proud to enhance biodiversity, create healthier ecosystems, and make a positive societal impact while facilitating the clean energy transition.

Our mission at Hope & Comfort is to ensure sustained access to essential hygiene products, supporting the health, dignity, and confidence of children and adults in need. As a Board Advisor, I participate in quarterly board meetings and additional sessions to measure and optimize our impact, discuss strategic partnerships and distribution channels, and review financial targets to advance our goals.Previously (Summer 2019), I worked as a Data Analyst to research available data to assess the current state and prevailing trends of hygiene insecurity.

* Fixed Income Research (Jun '21 to Aug '21) - Conducted research projects in financials and municipals analyzing, valuing, and pitching issuances with additional focus on ESG factors and sustainable-linked bond (SLB) investment opportunities- Received training in assessing the credit quality of issuers and structural features of securities in the bond and money markets, with a specialized focus on macro and ESG analysis* ESG Equity Research (Oct '20 to Jan '21) - Worked directly with Head of ESG Investing, supporting ESG integration efforts across asset classes and equity fund launches - Analyzed 15+ companies using proprietary quantitative and qualitative frameworks for assessing ESG and diversity leadership - Collaborated with fundamental and quantitative analysts on research related to ESG ratings and modeling, considered practices that ranged from lithium mining, data security to company-set greenhouse gas emission targets* Rotational Asset Management Intern (Jun '20 to Aug '20) - Gained exposure to Fidelity’s six asset classes, with projects that integrated ESG considerations across equity, fixed income, and alternative asset classes- Delivered presentations to senior management, directors of research, and sector analysts on topics including equity research based on financial modeling, longevity-focused retirement planning, high-yield bonds, and post-COVID-19
