Assisted in the launch of a new direct market through translation work, organisation as well as the onboarding and training of new service providers. I was first line of contact in case of queries or concerns regarding procedures or issues that could arise for french service providers of the product. I oversaw 40 different service providers in France whilst constantly onboarding further ones whilst also assisting with 28 other distributor countries.Accepting and processing replacement orders through tracking statistics and submitted complaints. Ensuring that complaint kickbacks are actioned by the deadlines set by international medical reporting requirements. Setting up procedures and processes for the new direct market mentioned above and implementing and adapting pre-existing Workflows to suit this markets unique characteristics.

Listening to calls and checking interactions between agents and customers, either in Side by side or remotely. Coaching agents and providing feedback. Assisting Team Leads with procedures and workflow. Working mainly for German and French markets.
