Being accountable to Brand Manager (firstly of brand Jacobs, then of brand Lyuks), I participated in development of brands' annual strategies and plans. My main responsibilities were to execute brand's yearly strategy through leading and participating in brand's national projects. My experience involves leading the launch of new item (coffee Jacobs in a smaller package), seasonal gift project (Jacobs jar with the cup), marketing campaigns creation for new products for different advertising channels (television, print, online, press), sponsorship of TV program (Jacobs); participating in projects of packaging redesign (Lyuks), brand Lyuks repositioning. Also, I was responsible for regular brand performance analysis. Working on various projects with several external agencies greatly enhanced my strategic thinking, project managing and communicating skills.
