Manage the day-to-day customer and operational functions to ensure that the requirements and key performance indicators are met. Correlate, publish and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews Provide ad hoc reporting as neededDrive root cause and corrective action for missed kpi's or operational failuresEnsure SOP's are current and mutually agreed upon. Participate in cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue and leverage relationships in order to better penetrate the market.Leverage the company's global reach to influence decisions on projects for customer deliveries in both domestic and international locations. Work with customer service teams to understand and develop solutions to client business issues. Work collaboratively with the operational staff at multiple sites and locations to ensure customers' needs and expectations are met.
