• Compute electric and steam rates for residential and commercial customers• Prepare, analyze and present bill impacts on monthly, seasonal, annual and rate case intervals to internal and external stakeholders: Public Relations, Supply Forecasting, Corporate Leadership Team, Public Service Commission, U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, etc.• File tariff changes and statements in accordance to orders from regulatory agencies• Assist in the preparation of testimony, exhibits and workpapers for use in rate cases• Respond to rate inquiries and complaints from customers, consultants and other parties• Query, summarize and analyze the billing determinants of 3.5M customers, 42M bills per year. Billing determinants include usage, demand and number of bills that can be grouped by service classification, retail choice, tension type, time-of-day blocks and other attributes.

Operational Support / Training• Sustain data quality and operations for the Project and Portfolio Management application that stores timesheets, IT Resource Contracts (Statements of Work), project status reports, staffing profiles, etc.• Guide 3000+ contracts with a total worth exceeding $400M through an approval workflow for compliance with project governance and procurement standards; Initiate E-Sign of Funding Memos and Letters of Intent• Provide training on HP-PPM in one-to-one and group settings; Format user guides • Utilize HP ALM to document system defects as communicated by the ‘Voice of the Customer’• Function as admin for VersionOne – tool for agile Software Development Life CycleAnalysis and Reporting• Assist in the quality analysis of records within the project metrics and reporting data warehouse• Design dashboards that provide clarity on total cost of ownership and/or global resource management of projectso Categorize IT Spend in a matrix of Run vs. Build & Discretionary Status • Present to internal stakeholders: finance, project and vendor managers. Present to external teams for tax savings and regulatory compliance: PWC, SECProcess Improvement• Automate TCO processes to service corporate compliance and demand management. This includes activity based costing, software license tracking, and vendor negotiation• Document requirements, configure new settings, perform usability testing, link products • Empower project managers to perform strategic planning through metrics on capacity and allocation, and to create visualizations within leading business intelligence platforms such as MicroStrategy, QlikView
