I love helping individuals and teams build a clear direction and unlock new thinking and ways of working. I can't help but be drawn to sticky problems and love the challenges of sense-making, generating and testing options. I have a freelance portfolio of work that spans programme research and design, evaluation, case study writing, strategic planning, business plan assessment and organisational diagnostics for both funders and arts organisations. I have worked as an adviser on a range of resilience programmes in England and Wales, with a focus on strategic planning, income diversification and building capacity, am a member of Arts Council England's finance and business advisers panel and deliver training and mentoring for Clore Leadership and the British Council programmes. I'm a Senior Associate of the Young Foundation and Associate Consultant at people make it work.
