Bookkeeping:1. Posting regular records in 1C based on primary documents (in accordance with the Chart of Accountants):- Bank operations;- Procurement of office supplies, materials, services related to day-to-day operations of the RO;- Accounts payable;- Operations with leased, own fixed assets (calculation of depreciations);- Month-end closing procedure.2. Preparation of bank documents:- Orders for sale-purchase of foreign currency;- Passport of deal once per contract and other documents for currency control procedures;- Payment orders to vendors and other recipients.3. Preparation of Accounting Notes when required by the legislation;4. Maintaining bookkeeping, tax accounting registers.5. Assistance in GAAP report.Payroll:1. Gross to net payroll calculation in accordance with the legislation.2. Prepare and analyze Expense reports, payments from PIT;3. Preparation, filing of quarterly statutory declarations and reports for salary-related taxes;4. Computation of payroll taxes;5. Preparation and filing of the annual report on average number of employees;Human Resources:1. Preparation of HR documents on a regular basis:- Hiring and personnel records; - Employees’ personnel data cards; - labour books administrative;- draft of records on employee’s hiring/termination;2. Documents for payroll calculation:- Working time (timesheet; overtime orders)- Personnel records (staff schedule; orders on transfer to another job; draft of record on transfer to another job in Labour book); incentive orders);- Vacations (annual vacations schedule; template of vacation application; vacation orders);- Other (register of orders and directives).3. Maintenance of employee records for the purpose of the Pension Fund.Prolongation of office registration Assistance in budget preparation Office liquidation:1. The liquidation reports preparation;2. Submit the liquidation report to tax authority, Pension and Social Fund;3. Communication with bank.
