Follow up all sample details and Production* Samples : from Development to Bulk (Proto/ Adoption/ AD/ Fit and PP)- Work with Buyer to get all information about new samples.- Source and request fabrics/ trims from Supplier.- Down load T/P from PLM system, make worksheet and work with other teams to ensure we proceed sample as buyer’s request.- Review and submit sample to Buyer on time.- Update PLM and Smee about pkg information- Check YY and update Costing sheet.- Keep working with Buyer and other teams to make sure all problems were solved and samples are correct until getting Buyer's Order and Samples were approved.* Production :- Work with Buyer until all DPO have been issued on the system. And then checking them/ updating ERP/ Making OMS callout/ Requesting MST tool and LDL to ensure all DPO are correct for Bulk- Make BOM callout and discuss with Buyer to ensure all information as Buyer's request.- Make trim list/ care instruction and work with trim team to ensure all trim will be ok for Bulk.- Work with fabric team to ensure all fabric will be ok for Bulk- Make FPP pkg/ shade band and send to Fac to prepare for Bulk.- Check Fac trim card/ FPP sample/ inline sample and TOP sample.- Work with Fac and Buyer to solve the problems during the production process.- Check Fac shipment and work with Fac/ Buyer if having any issues.- Follow up garment test to ensure we have passed test report on time for shipment.

* Developing sample from Proto to Bulk as Buyer’s request :- Receiving information from buyer. Contacting with supplier or fabric/ trim team to get fabric and material for sample.- Making worksheet and then working with pattern maker and TD to ensure we proceed sample as buyer’s request. Sending callout mail to Buyer if having any.- Working with sample room to have correct sample.- Double checking and sending sample to Buyer. Then getting their comment and continuing to work with TD/ pattern maker and sample room until approving for Bulk

- Receiving technical file and Approval Sample from Buyer, checking all and calling out if have any differences between them. Then translating File into Vietnamese and passing to production.- Following up FPP and TOP Sample, supporting Sample Room for solving the issue.- Receiving Buyer’s update and informing to Factory

- Receiving patterns from customer, designing them and transferring the designed pattern to production department.- Translating technical file to Vietnamese- Following and rushing the samples to make sure all corrections are approved by the customer before putting the orders into production
