My role on the Learning & Development Team is to manage the planning, training material, execution and onsite support of BCG's South System offices (Dallas, Houston, Denver, Atlanta, Miami & Austin) training events for BCGs consulting team.I coordinate across multiple functions within BCG to manage all aspects of meeting/event administration, including, but not limited to tracking program details, preparing presenters and participants, identifying and securing meeting/event logistics, lead planning calls, preparing materials and managing external vendors.I also partner with team members across the organization to ensure understanding of operational targets; while reviewing feedback with senior leadership to provide readout on results and actions.

• Created yearly L&D training calendar for Dallas and Denver offices • Supported planning and execution of Booster Curriculum across multiple offices: confirmed presenters, supported feedback survey process, collaborated with team members on training materials, planned prep calls and managed registration• Managed and executed on-boarding for New Hire Orientation for consulting team members• Managed registrations and postponement/cancellations for regional and worldwide training programs • Created and owned the South System Training Cadre and facilitator relationships• Assisted in career development meetings; created confidential files and decks to review during committee meetings• Requested feedback from case managers for consulting staff• Assisted in managing the communication process of Career Development Advisors and consulting staff
