I'm a social changemaker with a passion for building richly connected communities, where people of all ages feel a sense of connection, contribution and belonging.After starting my career in the international development sector, I was inspired by an experience with an isolated older woman to found Lively - a social enterprise that employs young jobseekers to offer support and connection for older community members, while enabling older people to share wisdom and experience back with the young. Through my experiences developing Lively, I became increasingly convinced of the need for deep cultural and systemic change to overcome many of the challenges facing older people today. This led me to launch Good Flock - a national network of pioneering changemakers, driving a quantum shift in how we view, value support ageing in our society.
