Since I was a child I was feeling very conscious of peoples well-being and I decided to take my career path in helping people with severe difficulties to make the best of their lives. I have been working in mental health services for 11 years and I gained experience in different sectors: a mental health center, a few rehabilitation centers, a supported housing social cooperative and a community with high level of assistance. I currently work in ALA, a specialized unit of Hospital Sacco Fatebenefratelli in Milan. The aim of this service is job inclusion for people with severe mental health problems. I am responsible for about 40 individual programs: from the orienting phase, through active research of new positions, career supervision and resolution of job related issues and conflicts. My goal is to find the right job match for each patient, which, in the long term, benefits both him/her and the employer. I am a team player, a skill which I developed working with various professionals in very diversed job settings in several Italian public companies.Driven by a long lasting passion, in 2016 I came back to university to embrace the psychology domain. What intrigues me the most is the wide variety of application, from the clinical to the organizational and social field. I would love to grow further in the diversity and inclusion management direction, where I could apply my current expertise to face new challenges.In my free time I love travelling, reading, dancing and occasionally facing some adventure sports like skiing or kitesurfing!
