I am a solicitor in the Employment Team at Birketts. I advise employers and employees on a range of contentious and non contentious matters including advising on tribunal proceedings, preparing and advising on settlement agreements, drafting and reviewing contracts of employment and advising on disciplinary and grievance processes. During my time as a trainee solicitor I completed seats in Residential Property, Litigation (specialising in Contentious Probate, Property and Insurance) Employment and Private Client.Prior to starting my training contract I worked as a Court of Protection Paralegal. I have also volunteered for Suffolk Law Clinic as a legal adviser, proving employment law advice. I am also a Mental Health Workplace Responder.
