I have always worked on a phone and computer in some capacity. My people skills and my ability to always have a calming, attentive demeanor towards uncomfortable situations is in my opinion, one of my best qualities. My upbeat and positive outlook on life is a close second. I am a problem solver and would rather spend my time thinking about solutions rather than sitting around worrying about why something isn't working. I am highly adaptable in any situation and do not shy away from new challenges or obstacles. I have worked B2C sales, B2B sales, retail, customer service reps, Staffing both long term and temp for many different sized company's. I can type 55wpm and I am very proficient on a computer. I am used to utilizing multiple computer screens with multiple CRMS running at the same time. I am very proficient at multitasking, however concentrating on one task at a time and doing it well is in my opinion way better than trying to focus on multiple things at the same time and not doing any of them we'll. I am a very fast learner, show me how to do it once and I will be able to duplicate and repeat the process. I would be an excellent addition to any company that has the same loyalty, honesty, integrity, Grit, and the willingness to understand there is always room for us to improve ourselves.
