• Plan, direct, and supervise a safe and fun aquatics program.• Over see the training and certification of lifeguards through the STAARguard program.• Implement the scheduling of aquatics staff.• Conduct weekly aquatics drills, equipment checks, and needed repairs.• Assist in the driving of boats for water recreation such as tubing and pontoon rides.• Kayak and canoe instructor for over 60 students a week• Rock wall Instructor when needed for retreats.• In charge of organizing over 200 students into fair teams for friendly competition.• Over saw the planning of exciting games and activities each week for students to participate in.• Provide help in the kitchen when needed.• Assist in the turnover periods Including cabin, lodge, and bath house clean up as seen fit to check lists.

• Build positive rapport with staff, guests, vendors and volunteers that call and/or visit the camp office, handling issues in a professional, polite and timely manner.• Promote Camp Harvest to Harvest church plants, area churches, and other like-minded groups hosting onsite visits and booking camp & retreat reservations.• Maintain professional work related activity on social media• Coordinate inspections and documentation for annual camp license renewal.• Seasonal assessment of operations to ensure ongoing safety and well-being of all participants with adherence to regulatory policies, procedures & required records. • Sales goal of $15,000 for the 2017/18 year.• Handle accounting responsibilities for camp operations. These include check/invoice requests, monthly receipts/ credit card coding, cash control, and purchase agent responsibilities.• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Camp Director and/or the Camp Facility Director to support the overall operations of Camp Harvest.• Provide leadership and supervision over Camp Staff and volunteers, both seasonal and year round, with hiring and management.• Oversee the creation and management of the camp schedule for all group types.• Create and execute the plans for excellence in programming in all areas of camp from the food to the aquatics to the games and activities.• Ensure the ongoing safety and well being of all participants with adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance while maintaining required records.

Completed contracts with new students, updated student information and accounts, answered phone and email inquiries, and organizes all paperwork into folders and filing cabinets.
