I implemented changes, set up new processes, and introduced new programmes to improve the ways of working and reduce costs.

Following the acquisition of Virgin Media Inc. in June 2013 Liberty Global is largest international TV and broadband company operating across in 30 countries. In my role I business partnered with Lessons For Life Foundation, one of our entities, supporting the CEO and senior managers in performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement, annual salary and bonus review processes, and coach managers through difficult situations.I was responsible for recruitment and own the on-boarding processes, was the SPOC for relocation as well as Visa and immigration processes managing international movements. I also managed the full employment cycle for the London office and worked closely with the business in areas such as talent, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, reporting and analysis of data.I designed and implemented a summer work experience and internship programme.I managed the monthly payrolls and successfully outsourced these.
