Working closely with the Lead Recruiter, we've established our recruitment process from scratch. My main area of expertise lies in sourcing experts within the E-commerce industry.Main duties:- Working with CRM database (Hurma);- Defining requirements, expectations;- Direct search for qualified candidates;- CV pre-screening, conducting interviews;- Supporting technical interviews;- Job Offer communication;- Regular work with recruitment analytics;- Closing vacancies: Developers (Magento, Shopware, WordPress, PHP, JS, Java), Sales, Marketing, Project Manager, QA, HR, Support.

- Searching for relevant candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Work, Robota, GitHub, Xing, Telegram;- Communication with candidates;- Scheduling and overseeing interviews;- Writing vacancies and posting job openings;- Working in close cooperation with recruiter.
