I have conducted research for projects related to UN Environment Program (UNEP) performance, institutional design and reform, as well as implementation and effectiveness of global multilateral environmental agreements (MEAs). In particular, tasks performed include data collection and analysis using multi-method approaches, academic writing, expert workshops organization, and intensive note-taking during meetings. Key achievements in this position include:• Co-preparing with a core team grant proposal and securing $500,000 in funding from the Carnegie Foundation of New York for reimagining multilateralism; developing an implementation plan for the project and setting up a workflow for the project • Co-preparing with a core team grant proposal and securing $61,000 in funding from the Nordic Council of Ministers for the International Environmental Governance study (report published in 2019)• Contributing research and analysis to the foundation paper for Part II of the Global Chemical Outlook II • Contributing research and analysis to the meeting document for the 4th Intersessional Meeting of SAICM: SAICM/IP.4/4 Assessment of options for strengthening the science-policy interface at the international level for the sound management of chemicals and waste • Delivering on the validation (interview) missions for the 5th Assessment of needs of developing country Parties and Parties with economies in transition to implement the Stockholm Convention. Contributing to the text of UNEP/POPS/COP.10/15 Financial mechanism, and INF document on the methodology of the validation (interview) missions.• Contributing to the development of the InforMEA introductory self-paced online course on ozone layer protection• Co-delivering several sub-regional iterations of an online course on MEA implementation for government officials
