I am currently a Senior at University of Missouri- Saint Louis pursuing my bachelors degree in Marketing and Psychology with an emphasis in Social Media Management and a minor in Spanish. I have a strong passion for human connection and plan to work as a psychologist after graduation. Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to work in multiple different industries which has allowed me to develop valuable teamwork and leadership skills. Through my business education, I hope to gain more experiences that will further aid me in my career path. Some of the most prominent qualities I pride myself on are being hard working, detail-oriented, and very competitive. My enjoyment of UX is derived from my eye for detail-oriented beautification. Recently, I have added Psychology in my studies as to better understand the people around me and to create a career centered toward my interests in human studies. I have always found psychology interesting and knowing more about the human mind is my preferred form of understanding connection. This will allow me to further my understanding of the human brain and create a calming, understanding ability in my counseling pursuits. Another interest of mine is studying geriatric psychology as I have an interest in the brain as we become older. From this, I have an understanding of what appeals to multiple different age groups and am comfortable making strides with older crowds.During my free time, I enjoy playing volleyball or basketball, watching movies with my friends, learning about coffee, and writing. Often, I write short fiction stories, and I have one that I have posted on iBooks. Some of my favorite books are Anna Karenina and Dune.
