- Handling requests of a legal nature- full and flexible service for all departments- Reviewing and analyzing Polish contracts- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts for Real Estate, Facility and Procurement Department- Participation in GDPR project: implementation coordination to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements, drafting necessary documents for HR, Employer Branding and Administration teams- Risk assessment and reporting- Reviewing service contracts in technology sector- Providing support to UK Contracts Team- Liaising with other departments in legal aspects

- Providing induction training for new employees- Recruitment of administration staff members- Supervising and monitoring the work of Office Administrators- Recording and tracking office expenditure and managing allocated budgets- Supervision of documents handling, tracking and processing- Supervision of payments processing- Issuing sales invoices- Proactive support to the management- Reviewing and updating company’s Health & Safety Policies, ensuring they are observed- Responsibility for the physical security arrangements for the office, including security zones arrangements and procedures
