• Initial formulating/implementation of all pre-commissioning and commissioning plans to liaising with and supervising the contractors/suppliers, workers and staff in handling all activities including procedure write-up.
• Confer with management and other representative in planning, scheduling and coordinating the quality plans in conformance with requirements, engineering specifications and production schedules.
• Finalizing Mechanical Completion status documents for each sub-system allocated

Sultanate Of Oman

• Special Technical Services (Main EMC Contractor for Petroleum Development of Oman)Responsibilities and achievements:
• To attend pre-inspection meeting, shop visit, site check, site erection supervision, shop inspection & testing
• Prepare commissioning strategies and execution plans to facilitate systematic scheduling and handover to operations. Manage preparation of commissioning dossiers by contractor staff
• Monitor the construction activities and provide guide and steer to the construction teams to ensure that systems are completed in logical order and in time for a smooth commissioning period and quick start up
• Carryout the maintenance of the gathering station equipments and shut down activities according to SAP
• Responsible for Preventive Maintenance Team for Equipments like Regeneration Kiln, Pumps, Overhead Cranes, Compressors, Heaters and Agitators

Hongkong

• Ensure that the main engines and associated machinery, electrical, refrigeration, air conditioning and cargo-handling equipment on ships are operating efficiently
• Monitor automatic data recording equipment, or record readings manually on ships without such equipment
• Analyze the readings for trends and make adjustments to machinery operation as required
• Carry out regular maintenance of the main engine and repair defective auxiliary equipment
• Stand watch in the engine room at sea and in port
• Make sure that the operations of the vessel do not create pollution
