Worked on an OW team of 12, designing new Global IT Strategy, Target Operating Model and was responsible for writing the official 150 page associated regulatory submission detailing the IT Strategy to the German Regulator: BAFIN Swiss Client – Regulatory submission of Credit & Market Risk Models. Was the Lead Project manager overseeing a team of 50 OW consultants, across two Statements of Work, with 10 project streams. This was OW’s largest global project at that time.

Highlights include: Leadership oversight for the firm’s currency projections and liquidity excess projections. Led the design and implementation the firm’s key strategic liquidity projections system – “Funding Projections” as well as the firm’s first Intraday Liquidity Reporting, which provided a base-line model for the strategic system build. Implemented key processes that resulted in significant gains in realised aggregate funding of ~17bn USD over the course of a nine month period.
