Managing a group of Strategic Clients OperationsRESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage group of Strategic Client Operations- Manage clients transitions to include proper process and resource management across all teams- Support Team Leaders in the coordination of daily and month-end processes and effective utilization of resources - Manage risks associated with new and existing processes driving risk excellence- Maintain close relationship with Client Service Team in order to drive high client satisfaction levels

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform HR and Supervisory oversight- Allocation of resources to complete work assigned and manage monthly and daily work schedules- Conduct first level of QC review on finished work product prepared by the Analysts when required- Routinely review processes and procedures and ensure compliance within the team- Prepare team metrics on quality and timeliness- Act as an expert resource and SME for Analyst questions and support work group- Liaise with internal State Street departments such as Accounting, IT, and Market Data Team in support of accurate and timely deliverables- Assist more senior staff in designated projects and assignments- Manage client conversions via effective project management to ensure on-time operational readiness

RESPONSIBILITIES: - Verify daily and monthly performance results utilizing the in house Performance System and audit tools- Perform research and analysis of performance results through a validation/reconciliation of Performance data to Accounting data, and by reviewing and validating return reasonability checks and audits- Process translation adjustments and re-compute return results- Process Breakouts and Composites portfolios and finalize client data- Prepare Client Reporting for Performance Measurement and Attribution- Respond to client inquiries/requests and coordinate with onsite staff as needed- Maintain Quality Control Documentation explaining return outliers and custom client activity- Liaise with internal State Street departments such as Accounting, Pricing, IT, and Market Data Team- Assist with designated projects and assignments- Other duties as assigned
