Currently I am working as a IT support specialist providing support for users. Making sure all the IT infrastructure is working. I worked as a property manager , where I oversee the daily operations of our building, such as maintenance, budgeting, contracts, and inspections. I communicate daily with the owners and external parties, and ensure compliance with national laws and regulations. I have successfully managed multiple projects, such as renovating the common areas, installing solar panels, and negotiating a large contract with a new vendor. Last year I did trainning in IT support specialist course from Google than I further continued how to automate task in a role of It support specialist . Last trainning was IT cybersecurity where I learn the fundamentals how to secure your network ,search errors in logs. I have background in business administration , as I completed two years of a bachelor's degree program at the University of Luxembourg. There, I learned the fundamentals of finance, accounting, and risk management, and applied them to real-world scenarios and case studies. I also have multiple certifications in Excel,Word, which demonstrate my ability to learn new skills and use them to improve my work efficiency and quality.
