Anna E. is a IT Specialist. She is proficient in English, Polish, Spanish, German and Russian. Colleagues describe her as "Anna was actually my first intern hire as a Senior Director of I.T at the time. She did such an amazing job, we did not want to lose her, and offered her a permanent role on the team after she graduated. Anna really surprised us with her hunger for wanting to try new technology and investigating new tools and methods for managing our end point infrastructure. One example was finding an MDM Tool that would allow us to manage Windows, Linux and Apple Devices for our tablets and video conference devices. She identified the requirements, spoke and obtained trials from different vendors, and evaluated which tool was the most effective and cost effective for protecting and updating our company owned mobile devices. I do have to say, I was Most impressed, with how well she presents herself. When given the opportunity to present to the company in a town-hall, she was fully prepared to speak to the topic at hand, answered all questions with grace, wisdom and experience because she had performed her due diligence. So much so, that she became the lead I.T Trainer for our New Hire On-Boarding Process. From documentation, to presentation and instruction, Anna was a seasoned professional. As her manager for almost 2 years, I was consistently impressed with her maturity, eagerness to learn, her honestly as well as her adaptability to change.
