When given the opportunity to present to the company in a town-hall, she was fully prepared to speak to the topic at hand, answered all questions with grace, wisdom and experience because she had performed her due diligence. So much so, that she became the lead I.T Trainer for our New Hire On-Boarding Process. From documentation, to presentation and instruction, Anna was a seasoned professional. As her manager for almost 2 years, I was consistently impressed with her maturity, eagerness to learn, her honestly as well as her adaptability to change.
