▪ Managing a variety of data analysis projects, leading the entire process from requirements gathering through to recommendations off the back of the insight.▪ Using Power BI and Excel to provide vital insight for the Commercial Bank. Such as a Power BI dashboard containing risk data for all CB products, and multiple performance dashboards tracking colleague reward, operational & workflow data.▪ Fulfilling ad-hoc requests, e.g., analysis and presentation of yearly complaints trends and a breakdown of data disparities when changing data systems within the business.▪ Ongoing stakeholder engagement, both supporting business areas with my analysis as well as collaborating with colleagues to provide cross-business unit perspective and increased risk mitigation.▪ Translating complex datasets, from an array of data sources, into simple, intuitive and automated MI to influence business decisions.

▪ Providing reporting & visualisation to the business. Manipulating datasets and extracting data for analysis from a number of systems.▪ Assisting with the production of performance, operational and COVID-related reporting.▪ Preparing PowerPoint presentations and communications as required for Executive Committee’s and working groups.

▪Running activities and events that promote REDS values on the University campus, e.g. stalls that promote healthy relationships and sexual consent. ▪Contributing towards a culture of respect and equality.
